Tier II — The Atelier Partnership (Collaborative Makers)

For artists actively co-designing exclusive pieces with De’Bnair.

Overview:
We collaborate directly with artists to develop limited collections under the HOME. by De’Bnair brand name. Production is shared, marketing is co-led, and storytelling is emphasized.

Structure:

• Revenue Split: 65% Artist / 35% De’Bnair

• Benefits:

  • Co-branded product line (“HOME. by De’Bnair x [Artist Name]”)

  • Access to our design consultants and material sourcing team

  • Inclusion in feature campaigns, pop-ups, and editorial content

  • Optional buyback program for unsold inventory (shared cost)

• Revenue Split: 50% Artist / 50% De’Bnair + Quarterly Royalty Dividends
